These ice cream scoops are constructed from 304 stainless steel for the hardware & either wood or acrylic for the handles. Wood includes (but not limited to): Oak, Maple, Cherry, Paduk, Walnut, Peruvian Walnut, Yellowheart, Purpleheart, Redheart, Osage Orange, Bocote, Bloodwood, Marblewood, Spaltid Tamrid, Zebra, Red Zebra, Tigerwood, Leopardwood, Lacewood, Bubinga, SpectraPly, etc. Or we have a rainbow of colors of acrylic you can chose from too.

There are few style to choose from: Smooth Scoop, Hawk Point Scoop, or Paddle.
